Mr. Prajwal Acharya's deep love for travel and the mountains naturally led him to the tourism industry. He joined Annapurna Encounter in 2017 and has since grown into one of the company's most trusted and indispensable team members, currently serving as Tour and Trek Manager.

In his role, Prajwal is the central point of contact for clients — managing communications, organizing pre- and post-trip orientations, handling concerns, and ensuring every journey runs smoothly from the first inquiry to the final farewell. For most clients, he is the face of Annapurna Encounter, present at every stage of the adventure.

Prajwal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Tourism — a pursuit that reflects not just academic ambition, but a genuine commitment to deepening his expertise in sustainable travel, destination management, and the future of Himalayan tourism. His academic foundation, combined with hands-on field experience across the Annapurna, Langtang, and Manaslu regions, makes him exceptionally well-rounded in both the business and experiential dimensions of trekking.
