Accommodation Tented Camp

Island Peak (6,189 m), locally known as Imja Tse, is one of Nepal’s most sought-after trekking peaks, located in the Everest region of the Himalayas. The peak stands like an island in a sea of ice, surrounded by some of the tallest mountains on Earth—including Lhotse (8,516 m), Nuptse (7,861 m), and Ama Dablam (6,812 m). Ideal for novice climbers with some trekking experience, Island Peak is a perfect entry into Himalayan mountaineering.

Our Base Camp to Base Camp service is designed for independent trekkers who want logistical support at the base climbing level, excluding the full Everest Base Camp trek. You’ll begin at Island Peak Base Camp, ascend with our support to the summit, and return to base—ensuring a focused, streamlined climbing experience.

Key Highlights:

  • Climb one of Nepal’s most popular trekking peaks (6,189 m) with professional support.

  • Scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, and trek through legendary Sherpa villages.

  • Spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Baruntse, and Makalu.

  • Safe acclimatization schedule with overnight stays in Chhukung and Island Peak Base Camp.

  • Guided summit push with top-quality climbing equipment and experienced climbing sherpa.

  • Ideal for physically fit trekkers aiming to begin their mountaineering journey.

  • Avoid the long EBC trek—focus solely on the climbing portion from base camp to base camp.
