On reaching Kathmandu via various respective airlines, walk to airport terminal exit, here our guide and staff receives you with warm greeting and then transfer into car or coach (depending upon group size) for short drive into the heart of Kathmandu city.

Morning traveling by coach or in private vehicles (depending upon group size), where drive leads on interesting and exciting highway, one of the busiest roads linking capital with other districts of Nepal.

Heading towards Nepal Mid West to reach at scenic Pokhara city located on a green valley surrounded with rolling hills and snow capped mountains.

While in Pokhara, morning begins with short drive to Sarankot Hill for striking sunrise view over world’s 7^th highest Mt. Dhaulagiri 8,167 m, 10^th highest Mt. Annapurna 8,091 m and 8^th highest Mt. Manaslu 8,163 m including range of smaller peaks with ever present majestic Mt. Machapuchare “Fish Tail” standing high at 6,993 meters.

Sarankot hill top the tallest point within Pokhara valley at above 1, 460 m with grand views of mountains, green valley and the city with serene Phewa Lake, beside fabulous panorama famous and popular spot for paragliding which is one of the most popular adventure sports around Pokhara.

After Sarankot back to hotel for refreshment and breakfast, then continue with tour of Devi’s water fall with Gupteshwor Mahadev cave with lunch on route sightseeing places with tour of International Mountain Museum, recently added in Pokhara is the Mountain Museum the first of its kind in Nepal, established and built by Mountaineering Association (NMA).

After an exciting time at Pokhara, morning drive leads south west of Nepal to the mid hills town of Palpa, balanced on the lap of beautiful Srinagar Danda (hill), Tansen takes pride with gorgeous views of mountain panorama and as well plains of Terai.

Tansen, one of the few towns in Nepal with rich legacy of traditional art and architecture,
on reaching Palpa overnight in local style hotels of nice comfort afternoon visit the street of Palpa Tansen which is interesting to observe the local activities.

Morning with time to visit some of its historical sites like Tansen Durbar, built in 1927 AD by Pratap Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana, is a grand imposing palace in the heart of the town, once the seat of the Rana governors, the Durbar is now the district secretariat of Palpa district.

Shitalpati (the Round House) is another attraction of Tansen. Built by Khadga Shamsher, the original Shitalpati is of octagonal shape. The ‘Baggi Dhoka’, the biggest gate of its kind in Nepal is located in this square. The locals often compare it with architecture of Mugal Empire in India.

Afternoon with lunch at Palpa then drive to Lumbini taking few hours to reach Buddha’s birth place in the comfort of nice hotels / resorts.

Morning tour around Lord Buddha birth place which holds a special place in the world of Buddhism. It is also mentioned in the Mahaparinibbana Sutta that the Buddha advised his followers to visit Lumbini. Emperor Asoka of Magadha Kingdom of India made a pilgrimage in 3^rd Century BC and built world famous pillar with inscription stating ”Lord Buddha was born”. Chinese pilgrims Tsen Tsai (4^th Century A.D.), Fa-hsien (5^th Century A.D.) and Hiuen-Tsang(7^th Century A.D.) accounted their travel to Lumbini mentioning that they witness the holy tree, the pond, stupas and shrines. Hiuen Tsang described the Asoka Pillar with a horse capital on the top of it. Temple of Maya Devi, mother of Lord Buddha has been recently renovated under the vigilance of UNESCO. Several foreign monasteries and stupas have been constructed in Lumbini area.
