Overview And Highlights
TRIP FACTS

The Annapurna Circuit combined with Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure designed for trekkers who want it all—high mountain passes, remote valleys, cultural immersion, and the breathtaking amphitheater of the Annapurna Sanctuary.
This extended journey starts with the world-famous Annapurna Circuit, following ancient trade routes through lush valleys and traditional Gurung, Thakali, and Tibetan-influenced villages. You’ll trek past terraced farmlands, pine forests, and alpine meadows before reaching Thorong La Pass (5,416 m), the high point of the Circuit. The views from here are unparalleled—Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Manaslu, and the Tibetan plateau stretch before you like a living painting.
After descending into the sacred town of Muktinath, the trail turns south toward Ghorepani, where a sunrise hike to Poon Hill reveals the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges glowing in gold and crimson. From here, the route weaves into the Annapurna Sanctuary, leading you to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m)—a stunning natural amphitheater surrounded by towering peaks, including Annapurna I (8,091 m) and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).
