The Khopra Ridge and Annapurna Base Camp Combined Trek is an 11-day expedition that merges two extraordinary Annapurna experiences: the remote, community-managed Khopra Ridge trail and the legendary Annapurna Base Camp route.

With domestic flights connecting Kathmandu and Pokhara both ways, this itinerary maximizes trekking time while eliminating long road transfers.

Beginning with the classic Ghorepani–Poon Hill route, the trail veers off into the Khopra Ridge corridor, passing through highland pastures, shepherd camps, and alpine terrain with views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Nilgiri, and Machhapuchhre.

After descending through Tadapani and Chhomrong, the trek connects to the Annapurna Sanctuary trail, culminating at Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m).

Morning flight (~25 min) with Himalayan views. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon free to explore Lakeside. Overnight in Pokhara

Drive via Tikhedunga to Ulleri. Trek through oak and rhododendron forest climbing steadily to Ghorepani. Trek: 3–4 hrs.

Early morning hike to Poon Hill for legendary sunrise panorama over Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. Return and trek to Swanta. Trek: 4–5 hrs.

Steady climb through highland meadows and shepherds' pastures to Khopra community lodge. Views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna range. Trek: 5 hrs.

Early start from Khopra Ridge. Hike up to the sacred Khayer Lake at 4,500m with panoramic views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. Return to Khopra, then descend to Bayeli Kharka. Trek: 7–8 hrs.

Descend through dense forest and alpine terrain to reach the trekking junction of Tadapani. Trek: 5 hrs

Trek through rhododendron corridor and traditional Gurung villages. Descent to Chhomrong, gateway to ABC trail. Trek: 5 hrs.

Descend stone steps to the river crossing, then ascend through Sinuwa into the Modi Khola gorge. Trek: 6–7 hrs.

Trek through MBC (3,700m) into the vast Annapurna Sanctuary amphitheatre. Arrive at ABC surrounded by 8,000m peaks. Trek: 5 hrs.

Rapid descent retracing the ABC trail through Bamboo to Jhinu Danda. Visit the natural hot springs. Trek: 7–8 hrs.

Drive to Pokhara airport (1.5 hrs). Afternoon flight back to Kathmandu (25 min). Trip concludes.
