Tent Peak Climb, one of the most adventurous and much technical peak, although less and below 6,000 meters, but one of the most arduous climb which leads you to experience tough and stunning adventure of a lifetime.Tent Peak also called Tharpu Chuli by local name and listed on NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association) at the height of 5,663 m and 18,575 ft high, located within beautiful and scenic Annapurna Sanctuary and beyond Annapurna base camp within North Mid West Nepal.The grade with TD ‘Technical Difficule’ used from French / Swiss Alpine Climbing Classification System which means walking on ice-moraine and glacier leading with tough technical efforts, but reachable with much patience and adding climbing skill.The climb is undertaken after much preparation and practice where climbers should be in good physical shape and in sound health with proper climb gear needed for the awesome and adventurous Tent Peak Climb.
Starting our journey on the same trail towards Annnapurna Base Camp and sanctuary leading you from low warm country of sub-tropical climate towards cooler zone around high green hills covered with tall rhododendron-magnolia-oaks and pine trees.As walk progress heading towards Gurung villages of immense local culture intact with Buddhist religion which you can witness along this nice walk on neatly stone paved path around traditional farm villages of Jhinu and Chomrong.Trekking leads into deep gorge of Modi River and then following right up to its glacial source at Sanctuary and base camp, as walk leads into a wide open valley after walking past into Modi River gorge, and at Annapurna base camp in the comfort of nice cozy lodge.From here in tented camps as our route follows past Annapurna base camp to reach at the foot of Tent Peak / Tharpu Chuli, adding extra day for acclimatization and preparation follow our expert guide leading you to the top and safely back with glorious panorama of Annapurna range of peaks.

Morning traveling by coach or in private vehicles (depending upon group size), where drive leads on interesting and exciting highway, one of the busiest roads linking capital with other districts of Nepal.
Heading towards Nepal Mid West to reach at beautiful Pokhara city located on a green valley surrounded with rolling hills and snow capped mountains.
On reaching Pokhara transfer to respective hotels near calm and serene Phewa Lake with afternoon free for short walks.

Morning few hour drive from Pokhara heading towards mid hills towns and villages. Superb views of rolling landscapes and Annapurna mountain range including Mt. Machapuchare “The Fish Tail” on the drive to Sibai via Nayapul (new bridge) located on Pokhara-Baglung / Beni highway.
On reaching at Sibai by the raging Modi River, where walk starts with a climb up on stone paved path leads you at Jhinu Danda and the village, a place with natural hot spring.

From this nice village walk with an hour climb above the village and then on pleasant path to reach on top of Chomrong village, a small place perched on a ridge with few teahouses serving as lodge, from here descend into cool forest to reach at Chomrong village for overnight stop, Chomrong the last and permanent Gurung village and the door to Annapurna Sanctuary and Base Camp.

After a wonderful overnight stop at Chomrong with views of Annapurna peaks, morning walk with short descend over terraced farms to reach at Chomrong River and then crossing a bridge an uphill climb for an hour to Sinuwa-Danda.
A small place with few lodges offering great views of surrounding landscapes, from here walk into cool dense forest to reach at Bamboo, a small settlement with number of lodge, located by the Modi River in the midst of bamboo, rhododendron and oaks forest.
From Bamboo an hour walks up to reach at Dovan for overnight stop, situated in the middle of forest Modi River gorge.

From here onward air gets cooler and fresher as the walk enters Annapurna Sanctuary and at Base Camp, walk leads on gradual winding path with few ups to Himalaya Hotel located near a large Hinko Cave at 3,160 m high.
After a short break walk on glacier and moraine sections from an old avalanche, on crossing a small bridge with short climb to reach our lunch stop at Deurali.
Deurali with last lodge before Machapuchare Base Camp, with pleasant lunch stop at Deurali walk leads towards where vegetation and tree lines drops for high altitude alpine bushes and shrubs.
From here our route climbs following glacial Modi river upstream right up to its source at base camp, walk gets better in some sections and then with last steep climb to reaching at Machapuchare Base Camp for overnight stop.
A place with few good lodges located beneath Mt. Machapuchare North Face, here onward start of Annapurna Sanctuary, afternoon relax or take a short excursion around this tranquil environment facing views of Annapurna South-Huinchuli, Singu Chuli / Fluted peak with wall of Annapurna I and Vara Shikar (Annapurna Fang) in the North West direction.

With marvelous morning and views of Annapurna range, a short walk today to reach our main highlight of the adventure to Annapurna base camp.
Morning walk leads up on a grassy hill slopes to reach a higher level ground and a plateau as walk advance towards Annapurna Base Camp facing stunning views of Annapurna peaks that surrounds the sanctuary with giant wall of Mt. Annapurna I.
After a good scenic walk reaching at Annapurna Base Camp a magnificent spot with few large lodges, offering tremendous scenery of snowcapped peaks that encircles this lovely spot at base camp, afternoon at leisure to enjoy the mountain views.

From Annapurna Base Camp, our route heads across snow-covered moraine rocky path and towards icy trail for an hour reaching at Annapurna south glacier.

Our final highlight and goal of the adventure leads to the summit of Tent Peak or Tharpu Chuli, starting early heading over steep snow slope with some technical section to tackle to reach on top of Tent peaks; where our expert guide will fix ropes on necessary section of the climb to make it safe to reach the summit, after a tough and hard climb reaching at the top feeling in high spirit with amazing views that surrounds the summit. After an amazing moment on top with wonderful views descend back safely to base camp.

From Tent Peak base camp after breakfast and cleaning up the base camp walk leads back at Annapurna Base Camp on icy trail, a normal moderate walk of about five hours to overnight stop at Annapurna base camp in the comfort of nice lodge.

After a great and enjoyable time at Annapurna Base Camp within beautiful sanctuary, a long downhill walk to reach lower areas past Machapuchare Base Camp and Deurali, with few short ups and down following on gradual winding trail reaching back green forested areas at Bamboo for overnight stop.

From Bamboo a short steep climb to Khuldi Ghar, then on winding downhill path into forest to Sinuwa-Danda, and then walk descends to Chomrong khola.
After crossing over a bridge then uphill walk for an hour to reach at Chomrong village for short rest or possible lunch stop, after Chomrong short up for half hour to the top of a ridge, from here descending to Jhinu-Danda village for overnight stop.
A nice small village on a ridge where a short walk downhill takes you to a refreshing hot springs known as Tato-Pani in Nepali located by the Modi River.

After a nice and wonderful time at Jhinu with refreshing hot-spring, morning leads to a long downhill following Modi River downstream, as walk leads past small forested areas and rice terraces, waterfalls reaching much warmer and green areas at Sibai a small farm village.
At Sibai taking few hours drives back to Pokhara, to conclude this wonderful trip at famous touristic spot in Pokhara by the lake Phewa.
